- Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation plan for the operational delivery of approved projects.
- Conduct necessary research and produce detailed documents that offer advice, guidance, or opinions for others to use and act upon.
- Monitor progress against the implementation plan and conduct regular reviews.
- Engage in negotiations and manage contracts with third parties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for each sub-project and collaborate with other partners as needed.
- Manage a delegated budget responsibly.
- Recognised professional qualification or equivalent relevant experience as project manager within accommodation.
- Budget management, management of staff, work programming and successful delivery of projects
- Experience of informing and influencing government departments preferably on environmental issues.
- Extensive experience maintaining close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
