Accommodation Project ManagerPay Rate £25.18 per hourHours Per Week 37 hours per week Monday to FridayRemote working with travel for meetings as and when required.Pertemps South Wales is currently seeking a Project Manager for our public sector client based in Wales.The successful candidate will project manage all aspects of the client's accommodation portfolio based in South Wales. You will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring the project is completed.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation plan for the operational delivery of approved projects.
  • Conduct necessary research and produce detailed documents that offer advice, guidance, or opinions for others to use and act upon.
  • Monitor progress against the implementation plan and conduct regular reviews.
  • Engage in negotiations and manage contracts with third parties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for each sub-project and collaborate with other partners as needed.
  • Manage a delegated budget responsibly.
Required skills and experience.
  • Recognised professional qualification or equivalent relevant experience as project manager within accommodation.
  • Budget management, management of staff, work programming and successful delivery of projects
  • Experience of informing and influencing government departments preferably on environmental issues.
  • Extensive experience maintaining close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
