Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our consultants by sourcing and selecting top-quality candidates to fulfill our clients' recruitment needs. Initially, this is an admin-phone based role, providing an opportunity to develop your recruitment skills and knowledge alongside our experienced consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.
- Source and fill job roles using our candidate database, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure workers have the necessary certificates (CSCS) for site work.
- Resource for all white-collar and technical staff positions.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in a telephone customer service role; the role involves significant phone interaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
- Experience in a recruitment environment is desirable, but not essential.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday, 7.30 am to 5.00 pm & Friday 7.30 am to 4.30pm
