Our clients prestigious law firm, located in the vibrant city of Cardiff, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their friendly team and assist their highly ranked and busy Commercial Property department.

What You'll Be Doing as a Commercial Property Paralegal

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in this Commercial Property department, working closely with a team of 10 experienced lawyers. You will be involved in a diverse range of property-related matters, including secured lending, property acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance, property/portfolio management work, and the property aspects of corporate acquisitions, disposal, and funding. Your responsibilities will include producing client-friendly reports on title and lease, undertaking legal research, reviewing conveyancing searches and planning documentation, raising enquiries with third parties, and assisting with property due diligence on larger transactions.

The experience you will have as a Commercial Property Paralegal

To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate real potential, possess a strong ambition, and have a keen interest in pursuing a career in Commercial Property law. A law or GDL degree, accompanied by a good technical grounding in the law, particularly land law and real property, is essential. Ideally, you will have completed the LPC. Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant within the property sector, for a minimum of 6 months, is preferred.
