Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal, Fee Earner, Solicitor Location: Cardiff, office based. Salary: £25K - £45K, dependant on the level you join. YOUR DAY TO DAY:* Day to day duties will vary dependant on the level you join the firm at. * You will be working in the Residential Property department, managing your own caseload of assisting on files. * Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release: plus some Commercial property matters too.
EXPERIENCE:* Experience working in residential property department.* At least 1 year experience working in a law firm. * Hiring at all levels, legal assistants, paralegal, fee earners, and lawyers.
