They are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property department.With a strong reputation in the local community, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional conveyancing solutions to their clients. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join their expanding Cardiff team.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions for clients. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and manage all necessary legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts of sale, transfer documents, and mortgage agreements.
Conduct thorough property searches to uncover any potential issues, such as title defects, easements, or zoning restrictions.
Coordinate with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
Stay updated with changes in property law, conveyancing practices, and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence.
Manage own varied caseload of Residential Property matters independently

Qualifications and Experience:

CLC, CILEx or SRA qualified candidates are preferred, although other applications will be considered
Previous experience in a Residential Conveyancing department managing a varied caseload independently
Strong understanding of the conveyancing process.

Ability to work in a targeted-based environment and continuously deliver against agreed KPIs and targets.
