Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion
Handling sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions
You will process cases efficiently and cost-effectively, liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders
Building and maintaining professional relationships will be key, as will generating fee income in line with agreed targets
You will manage your work allocation, productivity, and quality with minimal supervision
