Are you an experienced Conveyancer with a passion for handling complex, high-value transactions? A leading Legal 500 law firm in Cardiff is looking for a High Net Worth Residential Conveyancer to join their highly regarded property team. This is a rare opportunity to work on top-tier matters for a loyal and growing client base, including high net worth individuals, investors, and private clients, often involving bespoke and multi-million-pound transactions.
The Role:
- Managing a caseload of premium residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Dealing with complex title issues, listed buildings, leasehold, and bespoke property arrangements.
- Working closely with the Private Client, Family, and Commercial teams to provide a seamless service to HNW individuals.
- Building and maintaining long-standing relationships with referrers, brokers, and private banks.
About You:
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years’ PQE (flexible for the right candidate).
- Demonstrable experience in handling HNW or complex conveyancing files.
- Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strong commercial awareness and ability to work autonomously or as part of a wider team.
