This local firm are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their close-knit Cardiff team. You will work directly with the Managing Director on a varied caseload of local residential conveyancing matters.
The role includes:
- Handling a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
- Working collaboratively with a dedicated assistant to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Maintaining high standards of client care and legal compliance
What They’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with proven experience in residential conveyancing
- A strong team player with a proactive and professional approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage files independently with support as needed
