About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and organised Admin Officer to join our team. You will support senior managers across a variety of administrative tasks, with a focus on inbox management, collating data, and producing reports. The role requires a high level of proficiency in Excel and the ability to confidently handle and manipulate data. You will be expected to maintain trackers and update databases, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

As part of a small, dynamic team, you'll be integral in supporting daily operations, meeting deadlines, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Your ability to stay organised and work under pressure will be key to success in this role.

Key Duties:

  • Manage and organise senior managers' inboxes
  • Collate and analyse data for reports
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and trackers
  • Update and manage various databases
  • Support the senior team with administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard
  • Use MS Teams to collaborate with colleagues and teams

Requirements:

  • Excellent Excel skills, with a strong ability to manipulate and analyse data
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience using MS Teams extensively
  • A proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and team player mindset
  • BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance required
  • Basic DBS check required
