Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting education? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Administrator to join a well-established team at a dynamic secondary school in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys managing administrative tasks while contributing to the smooth operation of the school environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff and school leadership.
• Manage student records, including data entry, attendance, and reports.
• Assist in coordinating school events, meetings, and communications between staff, parents, and external agencies.
• Support the maintenance and organisation of school filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with the preparation of documents and reports for school inspections and audits.
• Handle general office duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing enquiries to appropriate staff members.

About You
We are looking for an Administrator who is proactive, efficient, and has excellent organisational skills. You should be confident in using a range of office software and have a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software (desirable but not essential).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
