We are supporting our client to identify a Change and Org Design Partner to provide end to end support for business remodelling and restructuring, keeping customers central and ensuring employee engagement to drive successful people change. The role is based onsite one day per week, based in Cardiff.

Key Activities:

Manage light touch project work for remodelling and restructuring from both HR Services and business perspectives, ensuring project outcomes.
Support business in developing change strategies, rationale, and implementation phases.
Ensure legal and commercial robustness of change rationales for consultation documentation.
Collaborate with senior leadership and HR Services Executives to deliver change across business areas.
Challenge remodelling proposals, considering costs, structure, skills, and risks.
Promote employee engagement during restructuring and implement processes to mitigate risks.
Develop communication strategies for remodelling and support skills development post change.
Manage employee consultations, ensuring legal compliance and understanding.
Quickly integrate into the business area as a Change Partner, attending relevant meetings.
Build trusted relationships with business heads for early engagement in change management.
Understand commercial strategies to tailor change management support for the future.
Provide coaching and challenge to managers on people practices, minimising risk during change.
Lead best practices in dealing with challenging situations.
Coordinate change integration with HR Services Executives and remain the subject matter expert post-change.

The Candidate:

Proven track record in change management, project management, and TUPE/M&A.
Extensive experience in both collective and individual consultations.
Ability to challenge legal counsel on consultation documentation and processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, approachable and diplomatic.
Solutions-focused with a flexible approach.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational skills.
Demonstrates personal and professional credibility.
