As our Learning & Development Advisor, you will be part of a vital team taking ownership of all non-operational and operational L&D and Training needs across our business.You will be working in close partnership with senior business leaders and L&D Manager to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions for the business across all stages of the employee learning cycle and encourage high performance.

In particular, this role will focus on the development and implementation of learning interventions within technical systems, processes, compliance and regulation, and successfully implementing the learning in accordance with the varying needs of our internal functions and departments. The role also concentrates on developing robust networks with our many external learning partners, including regulatory, professional and accrediting bodies, to integrate relevant learning, qualifications and CPD provision to enhance the skills, knowledge and competence of NewLaw staff at all levels.

About you• Previous experience and demonstrable skills as a Trainer / Learning Facilitator, Coach or Mentor are essential• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for delivering training • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external. • Strong communicator both in person and in writing • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package including PowerPoint and Excel.• Legal background preferred but not essential; ability to build and maintain strong client relationships is crucial.
