I am seeking a motivated Learning & Development Specialist to join my client's expanding Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving learning initiatives and developing training programmes within our industrial/manufacturing firm based in Cardiff.

Description
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
- Design e-learning courses, workshops, and other training materials
- Evaluate the success of development plans and implement necessary changes
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Collaborate with managers to identify company training needs
- Implement training KPIs
- Prepare and present reports on training activities
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of learning programs
Profile
A successful Learning & Development Specialist should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events
- Solid knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to handle the Learning & Development cycle
Job Offer
