Description

  • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
  • Evaluate the success of development plans and implement necessary changes
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Collaborate with managers to identify company training needs
  • Implement training KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports on training activities
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of learning programs

Profile

A successful Learning & Development Specialist should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or related field, currently works in an L&D function or has worked for a training services provider.
  • Solid knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to handle the Learning & Development cycle
  • Ability to negotiate with internal stakeholders
