Description
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate the success of development plans and implement necessary changes
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Collaborate with managers to identify company training needs
- Implement training KPIs
- Prepare and present reports on training activities
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of learning programs
Profile
A successful Learning & Development Specialist should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or related field, currently works in an L&D function or has worked for a training services provider.
- Solid knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to handle the Learning & Development cycle
- Ability to negotiate with internal stakeholders
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of £27,000 - £35,000 per annum
