As a Learning & Development Advisor you will understand the organisation strategy and its future capability needs in order to identify learning priorities and create learning environments where our employees can continuously develop to be their best. The successful candidate will have a keen focus on developing and implementing strategy alongside senior management.

Description

  • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
  • Design e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Evaluate the success of development plans and improve upon them
  • Identify the training needs of individuals and teams
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment of training with business needs
  • Monitor and report on learning and development plans' effectiveness
  • Support talent management and succession planning strategies

Profile

A successful Learning & Development Advisor should have:

  • Relevant HR degree or professional qualification and an interest in L&D
  • A HR professional with a strategic mindset
  • A passion for continuous professional development and L&D
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to conduct ROI analysis of training initiatives
  • Understanding of the industrial/manufacturing industry is desirable
