Description
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
- Design e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Evaluate the success of development plans and improve upon them
- Identify the training needs of individuals and teams
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment of training with business needs
- Monitor and report on learning and development plans' effectiveness
- Support talent management and succession planning strategies
Profile
A successful Learning & Development Advisor should have:
- Relevant HR degree or professional qualification and an interest in L&D
- A HR professional with a strategic mindset
- A passion for continuous professional development and L&D
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to conduct ROI analysis of training initiatives
- Understanding of the industrial/manufacturing industry is desirable
