You will be responsible for supporting Learning and Development (L&D) activities and delivering high quality training across the Academy Portfolio. Working with the L&D team, you will support the delivery of training programmes at Capital Law, this will include updating and developing training materials, facilitating and scheduling training sessions and evaluating learning effectiveness.

You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the Firm to ensure colleagues have the required skills and tools to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Works with HR to ensure smooth induction process for new starters.
  • Delivers all IT inductions and ensures completion of statutory and mandatory training.
  • Communicates with new starters and managers to understand role requirements and IT training needs.
  • Seeks feedback, evaluates and acts on it, provides follow-up training when required.
  • Identifies training gaps and develops effective solutions.
  • Creates and delivers training using classroom, online, and blended learning.
  • Improves use of IT systems and provides user training for all applications.
  • Works with IT to improve digital literacy and identifies solutions to build colleague capability.
  • Assists in customising applications and services and creates relevant user guides.
  • Coordinates refresher and statutory update training and ensures colleagues are clear on available training.
  • Develops and maintains training materials and 'how to’ guides for end users.
  • Records and evaluates training activities, provides recommendations for training improvements based on feedback, business requirements, and trends.
  • Developing and maintaining training materials and 'how to’ reference guides for end users, ensuring content is engaging, kept up-to-date and relevant.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all training activities.
  • Recording and evaluating training activities across Capital Law; reporting on training feedback, effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing recommendations for training based on colleague feedback, business requirements and latest trends in learning and development.
