- Upload relevant and vital documentation for the learner’s progression.
- Monitor learner performance, ensuring successful completion.
- Design and deliver training sessions, alongside developing individual learning plans, and tailored learning routes based on their skillset and needs.
- Conduct assessments across a regional area, supporting learners in achieving qualifications.
- Reference and assess workplace evidence for Key Skills requirements.
- Management of learner attendance and absence.
- Support learners with additional training needs and facilitate further training where necessary.
- Facilitate tests and assessments in line with awarding body requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, team members, and employers.
- Attend relevant training and personal development programmes.
- Liaise with other team members in the development and delivery of training sessions.
- Support and contribute to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of targets.
- Proven experience in delivering training
- CAVA Qualification (Desirable)
- TAQA Qualification (Desirable)
- ESW Level 2 Qualification (Desirable)
- Strong communication and IT skills.
