Learning & Development AssessorHoop PS&HR are proud to be working closely with a forward thinking and employee focused organisation who are looking for a Learning and Develop Assessor to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. This position is based in Cardiff and comes with a salary of up to £28,000 and offers hybrid working.This position will allow you to play a key role in delivering high-quality training and assessments to learners, ensuring positive outcomes and continuous improvement in the company’s performance. The role involves supporting learners through training programs and assessing their progress.Key Responsibilities:
  • Upload relevant and vital documentation for the learner’s progression.
  • Monitor learner performance, ensuring successful completion.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, alongside developing individual learning plans, and tailored learning routes based on their skillset and needs.
  • Conduct assessments across a regional area, supporting learners in achieving qualifications.
  • Reference and assess workplace evidence for Key Skills requirements.
  • Management of learner attendance and absence.
  • Support learners with additional training needs and facilitate further training where necessary.
  • Facilitate tests and assessments in line with awarding body requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, team members, and employers.
  • Attend relevant training and personal development programmes.
  • Liaise with other team members in the development and delivery of training sessions.
  • Support and contribute to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of targets.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in delivering training
  • CAVA Qualification (Desirable)
  • TAQA Qualification (Desirable)
  • ESW Level 2 Qualification (Desirable)
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • Understanding of safeguarding
