  • Solid occupational experience within Leadership and Management.
  • Ideally hold an ILM Level 5 – or willingness to work towards
  • Ideally hold an Assessors award - or willingness to work towards
  • Ideally be a fluent Welsh speaker.
  • IT literate, knowledge of Microsoft packages, online/digital learning and webinar-based technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
Duties:
  • Assess and support learners working towards the Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship. 
  • Support learners when required with Essential Skills alongside the Essential Skills Tutor
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Work to learner review and completion time-scales.
  • Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
