OVERVIEW
A top tier Legal 500, well-established law firm is expanding. Due to an increase of work, they require an experienced Catastrophic Injury Solicitor (or equivalent) to joint heir highly reputable award winning team. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
With the support of legal assistants, paralegals, and other solicitors within the team, you will;
* Manage a diverse caseload of complex, multi-track life changing personal injury matters resulting from road traffic accidents, acting on behalf of insurers. This includes but is not limited to, brain injuries, amputations, spinal injuries.
* You will oversee all stages of the claims process from pre to post litigation, to settlement or trial.
* Investigate, gather, and assess evidence relevant to each case, liaising with medical professionals and experts where necessary.
* Prepare legal documents, negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings or court where required.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Complex, multi track personal injury claims. Ideally you will have at least 3 years of post qualified experience in defendant complex Personal Injury.
* Experience handling a varied caseload, from Fast Track to Multi track cases.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
