Description
- Monitor customer accounts chasing for payment on overdue invoices
- Perform credit checks
- Support our Commercial team in setting up new customer accounts
- Send customer statements / letters
- Maintain accurate records of communication
- Raise queries to the relevant Commercial teams
- Prepare reports on aged debt
- Account reconciliations
- Taking card payments over the phone
Profile
The successful Credit Controller should have:
- Good knowledge of credit control practices and regulations.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software SAGE and MS Office applications.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
