We are looking for a Customer Service Call Handler to join our team. This role involves managing a variety of customer service calls, providing support, and offering solutions to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. We work in a large, modern open plan office, with a very friendly and welcoming team. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle a diverse range of customer service calls with professionalism.
  • Assess customer inquiries and issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Offer clear and accurate information to assist customers, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
  • Provide reassurance and support to customers, ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Accurately log details about customer interactions and transactions into a computer system.
  • Coordinate with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in handling customer service calls, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and resolve inquiries.
  • Proficient in managing information using computer systems.
  • Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while handling multiple tasks.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
