Day-to-day of the role:- Handle a diverse range of customer service calls with professionalism.
- Assess customer inquiries and issues, providing effective solutions.
- Offer clear and accurate information to assist customers, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
- Provide reassurance and support to customers, ensuring a positive service experience.
- Accurately log details about customer interactions and transactions into a computer system.
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Proven experience in handling customer service calls, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and resolve inquiries.
- Proficient in managing information using computer systems.
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while handling multiple tasks.
