We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch service. If you're a great communicator with a problem-solving mindset, this role is perfect for you!

While proficiency in Swedish is preferred, it is not essential, as candidates should be able to communicate fluently in English at a high level.

We are currently implementing a hybrid working model, which allows for two days in the office (Wednesdays are mandatory) and three days of remote work. 

Hours of work: 8am to 16.15pm Monday to Friday  (With an additional requirement to work until 17.00pm apx once every seven days)

Main Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails.
  • Handle customer inquiries through both phone and email.
  • Provide customers with information regarding products and services.
  • Input new customer information into the system.
  • Follow up on customer calls when necessary.
  • Coordinate with service technicians.
  • Arrange courier collections using shipping systems.

About You:

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Required language proficiency.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with call centre telephony.
  • Some experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Strong data entry and typing skills.
