Sonic Summary

This is a full-time, permanent remote outbound call centre position with a base salary of £23,000 and an on-target earnings (OTE) of £29,000 to £30,000.
The role requires making 150 to 200 outbound sales calls daily, with the goal of achieving 7 to 10 sales per day.
Candidates should have experience in call centre, retail sales, customer service, telesales, or field sales.
A quiet workspace at home is necessary, and applicants should be comfortable with remote working and compliance processes.
The position offers excellent training, incentives, discounted products, and no weekend work, with hours typically set from Monday to Friday.

Outbound – Call Centre - Remote Full time – Permanent - Monday-Friday – No weekends£23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k Fully Remote – equipment provided 37.5 hours a week.Role summary:You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.Key responsibilities:

Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).
Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales and Field sales experience will be considered.
You will need a quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
