Salary: £14.02 p/hr
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 37 hours with a Hybrid working pattern 2 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing your own Portfolio
Handling all billing related activities
Seek to resolve queries within agreed SLA
Build Relationships with both customers and consultants
What do you need?
Industry Experience
Previous experience in call centre environments
Super Customer Service and Communication Skills
Proficient in Microsoft office app (Especially Excel)
Personable and Engaging
