Our Business Energy teams supply over 450,000 customer accounts, across broad and diverse client base. Our teams serve a broad and diverse range of clients from micro businesses to large national corporates, providing a unique service to each business with a commitment to keeping our client's interests at heart and helping to control energy costs.
This fast paced and rewarding role will involve answering customer or internal queries using our case management system, processing Customer invoice validations as well as several other back-office billing tasks. We will be looking for you to promote and maintain an extremely high level of customer service as well as maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful applicant will be customer and quality-focused, organised, have exceptional attention to detail and be passionate about delivering service excellence at all times.
We are looking for you to have the ability to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills together with the ability to use own initiative, persuasion and commercial awareness. Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills would be extremely beneficial in the role. Previous experience in a customer service environment would also be beneficial.
