A mixture of inbound and outbound calls from and to customers of one of our clients, Stellantis Financial Services, working on the Vauxhall portfolio.All candidates will be in the office for the first 8 weeks which will encompass classroom training and graduation bay - after that you will move to hybrid the hybrid.All the necessary kit and equipment for the role is provided by the client and we are situated on the client site in Parc Nantgarw, Treforest, Cardiff CF15 7QU.As a result of the hybrid model post-graduation, candidates are to be local/commutable distance to the office.You will be helping and supporting customers mainly with balances outstanding that are 0-30 days old. Some cases can be 31-60 days old.Key activities:* Changes to account details.* Discussions about their finance agreement, termination of contract, taking payments, calculating settlement figures, re-financing, the setting up of new direct debits.* Following up actions and further supporting customers.You would be handling on approx. 50-55 calls per day. Average call handling is between 5.5 minutes - 6 minutes.Post the call you will have admin time to wrap up the call and action any customer requests.
