Job Opportunity: Temporary Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)
Location: Cardiff
Duration: 3 Months
Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 9 AM - 6 PM (35 hours per week)
Pay Rate: 13.68 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone
* Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

* Strong problem-solving abilities.

* Previous customer service experience is a plus.
