Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors in Cardiff to join an award-winning specialist insurance company, who are looking for experienced and passionate Customer Service Advisors to join their team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers and ensuring you have helped them with their queries.

The start date for this position is 2nd June.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Speaking with customers across various channels such as phone, email and chat
  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
  • Ensuring you are providing solutions to customers to ensure they have received a great service

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • 1 year of previous experience in customer service is required
  • Great communication skills as you will be speaking to a range of people
  • Being able to work well in a team and individually
  • Being able to multitask is ideal
  • Being IT proficient is required as you will be using various channels, including email, phone and chat
