CCP is partnering with a rapidly expanding business in Cardiff to recruit 10 full-time Customer Service Advisors.
The salary for this role ranges from £24,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult conversations while maintaining confidentiality.
The position requires flexibility with shifts between 8:30am and 8pm on weekdays, and shorter hours on weekends.
