As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers and ensuring you have helped them with their queries.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Speaking with customers across various channels such as phone, email and chat
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
- Ensuring you are providing solutions to customers to ensure they have received a great service
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- 1 year of previous experience in customer service is required
- Great communication skills as you will be speaking to a range of people
- Being able to work well in a team and individually
- Being able to multitask is ideal
- Being IT proficient is required as you will be using various channels, including email, phone and chat
