What You’ll Be Doing…

You will work closely with the Managing Director and other senior leaders to collect, analyse and interpret data across the business, developing insights, dashboards and reporting solutions that inform strategic decisions. By tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying trends, you will enhance performance, efficiency and revenue growth while supporting business intelligence, operational improvements, customer insights and marketing performance.

You will provide concise data-driven recommendations on everything from customer insights to marketing performance, ensuring decision-makers have accurate and timely information. Keeping current with data governance and compliance best practices, you will maintain data integrity, accuracy and adherence to GDPR requirements.

What We’re Looking For…

Proven professional experience in data analysis (3+ years)

Strong ability to interpret data and identify actionable business insights

Proficiency with data analysis tools and resources

Excellent communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences

Understanding of GDPR, data security and governance best practices

Experience in A/B testing, predictive analytics or machine learning

Collaborative approach to working with senior leadership and department leads

Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion - we value different perspectives and experiences.

Bonus Skills…

Experience in the home-buying, property or legal sector.

Familiarity with data visualisation tools, programming languages or BI platforms

Prior experience in a fast-paced commercial environment

Knowledge of customer segmentation, retention analytics and marketing attribution models
