- Negotiating and setting up repayment plans tailored to their circumstances
- Providing guidance on financial solutions while ensuring fair treatment
- Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and empathetically
- Updating customer records accurately on the system
- Adhering to industry regulations and company policies
