Brook Street is working with a well established client that is seeking to hire a Block Manager person on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main duties:
- To act as a point of contact for Block Management issues.
- To ensure residents are compliant with requirements and blocks are well maintained.
- To provide high level of customer service.
- To arrange and attend meetings around BM.
- To ensure high level of compliance & H&S is adhered to.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
PM/BM experience
IT skills
Full Driving License
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
