I am on the lookout for someone with a stellar record in crafting influential ad campaigns, judicious budget management, and steering projects to fruition.

The job

  • Strategize and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans, focusing on audience engagement, user journey enhancement, and performance metrics.
  • Forge collaborative partnerships with clients and internal teams to evaluate briefs, select optimal channels, and target audiences effectively.
  • Design and oversee paid ad campaigns on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and Google Ads, aligned with clients marketing objectives.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking to refine campaign outcomes.
  • Administer advertising budgets, optimising spend to elevate return on investment (ROI).
  • Utilise analytics tools to monitor campaigns, reporting on vital metrics like click-through and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with content and design teams to produce captivating ad materials 
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media, paid advertising, and Google Ads 
  • Lead projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards.
  • Offer strategic insights to enhance campaign strategies, creative content, and targeting methods.
  • Optimise landing pages associated with ad campaigns to boost conversion rates.

The person specification

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media marketing and paid advertising, with a particular emphasis on Google Ads.
  • A proven track record of managing budgets and delivering profitable ad campaign results.
  • Strong analytical prowess, capable of interpreting data and translating it into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with a history of leading projects from start to finish.
