Your new role
Working on a large construction scheme in Cardiff for an established Main Contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring all the project documentation is up to date, accessible and accurately maintained:
- Manage and oversee document control for construction projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all project documentation.
- Ensure timely distribution of documents and drawings to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate document retrieval for project managers and engineers.
- Implement and improved document control procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a document control role within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with document management software - ViewPoint and SharePoint experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
