Are you an experienced ALN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Additional Learning Needs (ALN)? We are looking for a dedicated ALN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in West Cardiff on a full-time basis.

Role Overview:

?? Morning: One-to-one support for a pupil with autism, providing tailored assistance to help them engage with learning and daily activities.?? Afternoon: General Teaching Assistant role in the Nursery class, supporting children in their early years development.

Key Requirements:

? Experience working with ASD and ALN in a primary school setting? Strong understanding of individual learning needs and strategies to support children with additional needs? Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents? Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)? EWC registration (Education Workforce Council)?
