We are seeking a dedicated ALN Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting pupils in a Specialist Resource Base (SRB) class within a mainstream school setting in Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored support to children with Additional Learning Needs.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Support pupils in developing their academic, social, and emotional skills.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting children with ALN in a school setting.
- Qualifications: Current DBS certificate (Enhanced Disclosure) and registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
- Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of pupils.
