Teaching Assistant (KS1) - Cardiff

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in a lovely KS1 class in Cardiff, starting on 5th November.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the class teacher with daily activities and lesson preparation
  • Assisting with literacy and numeracy tasks for small groups
  • Providing 1:1 support to pupils where needed
  • Helping to create a positive, engaging classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with a relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3)
  • Must have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check and be registered with the EWC
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their learning
