Ecologist | Cardiff | Hybrid Working
Salary: Circa 30,000
We're looking for an experienced Ecologist to join a passionate team making a real difference in projects across Wales, SW England, and the West Midlands. If ecology is your calling and you're ready to work on projects that span highways, renewable energy, green infrastructure, and conservation, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role: You'll lead and support field surveys, ecological assessments, biodiversity reports, and site work on projects involving protected species like bats, lapwings, and dormice. This role offers the chance to work closely with other disciplines, manage projects, and bring ecology expertise to meaningful projects.
Ecologist Requirements:
- Several years' worth of hands-on experience in Ecological Consultancy
- CIEEM Membership and a strong record in project management
- Demonstrable report-writing skills and a working knowledge of GIS software
