We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work on the Cardiff Univesitycontract as a Multiskilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct PPMs and reactive repairs as required.
- Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8) and 120 standby payment.
- Lighting systems (indoor, outdoor, emergency)
- Ventilation and exhaust fans
- Air filters and ductwork
- Pumps (sump, booster, circulation)
- Fan Coil Units
- Air handling units
- BMS Systems
- Fire Alarms
Requirements:

Level 3 Electrical Qualification

17th or 18th Edition

Full UK driving license.
