Are you a skilled Domestic Electrician with experience in social housing? Do you live within a 30-minute drive of Cwmbran? If so, we've got an exciting opportunity for you!

At Moxie People, we've partnered up with a fantastic Housing Association that's on the lookout for an experienced Electrician for a 6-month contract within their reactive maintenance team. The role would see you carrying out general maintenance and testing within void and tenanted properties as part of their essential compliance inspections and maintenance programme.

What You'll Get:

  • Salary of 37,500
  • A van with a fuel card
  • 25 days holiday (pro-rata)
  • 36 days holiday (yes, you read that right!).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out testing, inspections, and any remedial work needed within occupied and void properties
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships and delivering top-quality service.
  • Traveling within an hour of your home base.

What You'll Need:

  • Completed an apprenticeship or equivalent training in electrical installation.
  • Relevant qualifications (2365, AM2, 18th Edition)
  • A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel.
  • The ability to tackle physical work and communicate clearly with clients.
  • A passion for working closely with tenants and helping to improve their properties.
