About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Temporary Lecturer in Electrical Installation. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in electrical installation who is passionate about teaching and inspiring the next generation of electricians. You will deliver high-quality, engaging lectures and practical sessions, supporting learners to achieve their full potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative lectures and practical sessions in electrical installation to a range of learners.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support improvement.
  • Ensure a safe learning environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
  • Support students with varying abilities and learning needs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Relevant industry experience in electrical installation.
  • Strong knowledge of current industry standards and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
