Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading building services company in their search for a Maintenance Electrician to work across multiple sites in Cardiff
For the successful Maintenance Electrician our client is offering:
- Up to £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
- Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm
- Permanent Role
- Company van and tools
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- £120 stand by allowance
- Pension
The role – Maintenance Electrician:
- Mobile role working in offices, leisure centres, and student accommodations
- Test, service and repair a wide variety of equipment
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Electrical maintenance on emergency lighting, fire alarms, control systems
- Mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems and plant rooms
- General maintenance such as basic joinery and plumbing work
What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Electrician:
- Previous experience in a mechanical/ electrical maintenance
- Previous experience in FM or building management services
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering - Essential
- Drivers License - Essential
- Previous experience with mechanical/ HVAC maintenance - Essential
