We are currently recruiting for an Electronics Safety Test Engineer to join an experienced team for a world leader based in Cardiff.
As Electronics Safety Test Engineer you will:
- Produce Test plans and associated Project Plans for compliance projects
- Perform safety testing according to IEC (phone number removed) and associated test standards .
- Produce test data in the appropriate format.
- Analyse data from testing against relevant standards
- Generate technical documentation to support testing activities in the laboratories.
- Produce photographs for test reports and records.
- Compile accurate IEC Test Reports
- Supervise the work of the Apprentices/Technicians with assistance from the CTF Senior Test Engineer.
- Advise the R&D department on technical aspects of the safety standards when required
