Salary: 30-45,000 Dependant on experience

**Intermediate through to Senior level will be considered**

An experienced Architectural Technologist is sought to join a thriving chartered practice specialising in sectors including education, residential, commercial, blue light, and industrial. The workplace offers a supportive and collaborative environment, and the office is situated in Cardiff's vibrant city centre.

The ideally candidate will have anything from several years up to substantial UK based experience. It would be preferable to have relevant sector experience and Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Several years' post-qualification industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential).
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with RIBA work stages 4-6.
  • A meticulous approach and openness to innovative thinking.
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and deadline oriented.
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to join a socially responsible practice focused on personal development, knowledge sharing, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants and contractors.
  • Conduct surveys, feasibility studies, risk assessments and construction information.
  • Prepare detailed working drawings packages.
