The Role
As a Candidate Delivery Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in our recruitment process, ensuring we match top talent with our clients' needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through various platforms
- Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
- Building strong relationships with candidates
- Supporting consultants in placing candidates within the housing & property sectors
What We’re Looking For
- A motivated, people-focused individual with strong communication skills
- Recruitment, sales, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
- A keen eye for spotting talent and understanding client needs
