What are we looking for in our ideal Retrofit Coordinator (SOUTH WEST):
Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordinator and Risk Management.
Accreditation as a Retrofit Coordinator.
P&L management.
DEA Accreditation.
Background in domestic building retrofit.
Construction management experience.
Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word & Microsoft 365.
Understanding of Building Physics as relating to fabric of existing building and potential consequences of retrofit energy efficiency measures.
Full driving license and use of a car with business insurance cover.
