We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Building Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential support in maintaining and managing building operations, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors regarding building-related inquiries.
  • Assist with the coordination of maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the management of building systems, including monitoring facilities and reporting issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist in data entry for reporting purposes.
  • Help organise office moves, setup of meeting rooms, and other logistical support as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a facilities management or maintenance role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to building operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with using facility management software.
