I am working with a dynamic and expanding business looking to make a vital acquisition of a Technical Sales Support Engineer to support the engineering and commercial teams with customer and product support. This role would be well suited to an technically minded candidate with an engineering background who has experience dealing with customers and end users. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product support activities to provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Manage the escalation of complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
  • Develop and implement customer support best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor customer feedback and work with product development teams to suggest improvements or new features.
  • Ensure product compliance with relevant regulatory requirements in various global markets.
  • Hold product training sessions to educate new salespeople/partners on the relevant technical aspects of the products.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in product or technical support.
  • Proven experience delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
